In our next stage of hypergrowth, we are looking for a Fulfillment Manager_US who will be based ideally in Portland, working closely with our Global Leadership Team.You will act as an internal consultant to provide strategies and insights to the operation teams, including warehousing and logistics processes.

A successful candidate will be process-oriented and a strong communicator, able to implement scalable processes, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.

Our Expectations:

• Experience with warehouse management technology solutions and/or implementation experience
• Deep warehousing functional knowledge in: Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Inventory Management, Labor Standards and Fulfillment
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess warehouse processes and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse team from operational level to leadership level
• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate operational insights into the company products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Logistics
• Established experience in fulfillment roles, and
• Prior experience in start up environment is strongly preferred
• Passion in Sneakers and Streetwear is not necessary but a plus
• Self-driven, a team player, eager to learn, and meticulous with a keen eye
• Past experiences in an international environment
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with rapid iterations, analytics, and a high level of operational complexity
• Process-oriented, a critical thinker and creative problem-solver
• Strong communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel, CRM, and ERP systems; resource planning strategy experience is a plus!
