The team is a group of world-class engineers with backgrounds from the University of Oxford, Tesla, Microsoft, and CERN. It is a ground-floor opportunity to get experience with a high-tech company that is poised to democratize robotics.
smartARM is looking for a CAD designer to contribute significantly to core product development and collabrate with our mechanical engineers to model the product for production.
Basic qualifications
- An exceptional portfolio of work showing clear thought process
- Strong experience in CAD modelling e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion360 (skills in Rhino or Blender are a plus)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and convert 2D sketches into 3D design environment
- Ability to design complex surfaces
- Detail oriented
