Operations Executive

**At Nushala, we are building a disruptive tech stack for schools of Bharat, empowering them to digitise their operations. Our initial offering, which allows schools to digitally manage fees, increasing collection by 40%, has attracted more than 4500 schools within 4 months of launch.

Objectives of this Role

• Ensure timely achievement of collections targets by formulating & executing collections strategy.
• Ensure adherence to collection processes in the region, i. e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying & reporting fraudulent practices
• Implement collection strategies for efficient collections and recovery of outstanding loans
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the collection process
• Identify trouble spots and implement collection related programs.

Requirements

Should be ready to relocate and work from client location.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years experience in Collections.
Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills.
MIS/ Analytical skills - to be able to work on dashboards, reports, etc.
Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills.
