Senior Producer

The Senior Producer at Ziva manages the production from beginning to end, working in partnership with the Head of 3D, VP Creative, and VP Production. The right person to fill this role will come with a solid understanding of game development and a passion for managing complex, creative and technical solutions and projects that push the boundaries of innovation. You must be comfortable managing projects in the less defined, ambiguous space of R&D and new innovation, while still delivering on practical, defined deliverables and solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Partnering with the Head of 3D and VP Production, this role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and is accountable for the daily maintenance and adherence to the production schedule, for the management of the production budget, and responsible for communicating regularly with the Client to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and on target.

A key component of this role is to manage the critical dependencies between groups and remove barriers to efficient production. You help provide the glue to translate functional requirements and work into time and task breakdowns for delivery.
