We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will design and create best-in-class experiential learning programs for ambitious and talented students. You will be partnering with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to build and implement a proprietary modular system of developing learning content that is able to achieve quality at scale.
The ideal candidate should have a business education and/or experience in management consulting in addition to experience in corporate training, mentorship, or teaching roles. We are looking for an individual with excellent writing skills who enjoys breaking down complex topics into easily digestible chunks of interactive modules. Basic video production and editing skills are strongly preferred. As a small team with audacious goals, we need team members who are self-starters, eager to learn and switch gears when needed, are able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight deadlines, and passionate about building something disruptive.
*Responsibilities: *
- Create and execute a scalable, modular system of content development
- Work with Product and tech teams to design and implement product features to improve the learning experience, workflows, project structure, authoring, assessment, etc.
- Scope out and structure projects with host company clients as per requirements
- Reduce time spent to create and set up training by creating reusable training modules and project templates
- Create intelligible, engaging learning materials (with a median rating >=9) to teach students with little to no experience or prior knowledge of business and finance concepts
- Craft directions and training materials to help students produce the required deliverables
- Create training videos, graphics, and other interactive materials for students
- Create feedback guidelines and assessment rubrics
- Use internal authoring and project setup tools to set up programs
- Review other learning modules and provide actionable feedback
- Track reception and feedback from internal staff as well as students and incorporate improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (business education is a plus)
- 2+ years of professional experience in program design and corporate training creation
- Fluent in English with outstanding writing skills
- Experience or background in business, finance, and management consulting preferred
