Operations Executive

Meeting daily targets on a regular basis and minimum discrepant cases to send performing end-to-end operations and acting as Subject Matter Expert

End-to-end set up of operational process, workflow management system and customer service module for lending products

Analyse the creditworthiness of borrowers by checking income documents, credit reports and calculating the income obligations ratios

Analyse the data and escalate issues and trends to management by making report and presentations - Managing operations and loan file processing; reviewed and monitoring the performance of 7 team members

Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus, etc. and managing the business relationship.

Coordinate with Financial partner to taking care of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement data.

Ensuring that all processes and services are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Policy Standards

Ensuring team coordination with the investors for pending documents via e-mail and the case closed inTAT
