Senior UI Designer

Drive the development of frameworks for customer experience
Execute top-level deliverables based on user-centered design techniques
Lead the creation of visually compelling presentations of solutions and deliverable
Oversee the development of organisational models, affinity maps, sitemaps, process/screen flows, and wireframes.
Optimize existing user interface designs by understanding user feedback and requirements
Evaluate and raise the level of the creative output of junior creatives, and Intern team members.
Have a keen appreciation of design systems and communication strategies.
Help incorporate a sophisticated, meaningful, and fluid design including motion.
Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to create and develop new business opportunities and drive all creative aspects of sales pursuits
Creation of sales materials such as case studies and marketing items
Identify the tools, templates, and techniques that evolve existing approaches to optimize production and encourage creative growth
Take initiative and interact with the customers to understand their needs and how to best improve their experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
Professional written and interpersonal skills
Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
