We are looking for a Lead Experience Designer who would be responsible for user experience for all our products.

Roles and responsibilities

Work on major product and feature initiatives from concept to market
Meaningfully collaborate with PMs on product specifica
Pair with engineers to realize your designs on all platforms (web, iOS, Android).
Be constantly on the lookout for best practices, design patterns and anti-patterns, throughout various industries and platforms.
Participate in sprint planning and periodic roadmap discussions
Mentor and guide junior designers

Experience Required

Should have designed several products from the ground up, tested with the market and should have found success at least with one of them.
Should have the experience in building and mentoring design teams and defining design standards
Firm understanding of interaction design, and experience applying it to deliver delightful user experiences within cloud based web and mobile applications.
Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, ProtoPie and the like is a must. Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills would be a plus.
