Chief Marketing Officer

We seek a Chief Marketing Officer to be based out of Ukraine to take responsibility for our overall marketing strategy, manage and implement the rollout across an array of different clients, customers and countries and ensure our brand is the go to brand for digital finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the remote marketing teams in each of our regions which initially will be Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Hungary, Georgia and Dubai, and then Western Europe and South Korea,
• Develop and drive a clear marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, paid search, social media and pricing strategy,
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategy,
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing effort (email campaigns, web page and promotional material),
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets,
• Set, monitor and report on team goals.

Requirements

• Must be a nice human being,
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,
• Experience of managing a team both locally and remotely,
• Ability to set and priorities goals,
• Experience of working for a fintech start up, ideally with an understanding of blockchain and crypto currencies,
• Experience of working in Ukraine, and ideally a good understanding of the CIS and MENA regions,
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing,
• A complete understanding of B2B and B2C partnerships and relationships,
• Content creation experience,
• SEO and PPC experience.
