About Us

We are an edtech startup building classrooms for every company in India and worldwide to upskill talent

We started in 2016, ran to $1m revenues, but to focus on outcomes in edtech pivoted to Income sharing model in Feb-21. Between Feb-21 to Oct-21 we have built an order book of $5m ISAs monthly. Since we are a platform model we are adding Co-founders who can bring in expertise required on both sides of the platform to scale the business.

We have received an acquisition offer, but have instead to chosen to scale up though funding is lined up on charts by end of 2021.

Co-founder & Head of Platform Learning

We are looking for a Co-founder who can lead learning and upskiling for edwisor.com across Technology & edtech startups & corporates who are looking for skilled and ready to deploy talent pool.

You will handle the complete learning lifecycle of users from curriculum designs vetted by industry partners, managing learning delivery and user experience around the same.

You need to have strong experience in building and managing L&D in corporates or learning functions in edtech

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we'd like to meet you.

Job Description :

• Designing industry led curriculums for company classrooms

• Building a rockstar team of L&D to design, develop, deliver and manage user learning experience

-Strong data analytics skills for reporting to stakeholders & investors

Requirements :

• MBA from a premier engineering college [IIT / NIT/ IIM/ISB/MDI]

• You need to have strong experience in building and managing L&D in corporates or learning functions in edtech

• Understanding of budgets and business-planning

• Excellent communication skills

• Leadership and organizational abilities

• Strategic thinking

• Problem-solving aptitude
