Our expertise in providing relevant Service Partners for business, design, IT, marketing and data analytics, ensuring seamless access to top talent for all business needs.

What You'll Do:
This opportunity is for someone who wants to do something in HR space and IT outsourcing industry

Overview
Business & HR Operations execute business development and sales activities, manage contractual and full-time recruitments, outsourcing, oversee service partner onboarding, client relations, end-to-end execution and management.

Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO & stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of SoDo, aligning operational goals with our overarching vision.

Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, leveraging personal & Founder's network, professional contacts, and startup communities. Engage in client outreach, requirement gathering, and proposal development to secure client closures

Client Engagement and Relations: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive follow-ups, and regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion. Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.

Service Partner Management: Manage relationships with service partners, ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, sales activities, and pipeline metrics to track progress towards targets. Discuss regular updates and insights with the Founder and team to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Team Building: Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in operational leadership roles within the IT recruitment and outsourcing industry.

Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields, particularly in IT recruitment and outsourcing project projects

Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B IT recruitment and outsourcing industry , with insights into market trends and best practices.

Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with a track record of turning visions into actionable plans and results.

Innovative Spirit: A forward-thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive innovation within the organization.

Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.

Relationship Management: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Results-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding business objectives and sales targets.
