At Blacktie Ecom we are changing the way SMEs import products in India
We believe making something complicated is easy, but changing anything from complicated to simple is difficult. Currently importing products from overseas is highly complicated, requiring a considerable amount of time, effort as well as financial risk. Our aim is to change that and make importing a quick and hassle-free process by making it as simple as buying from an e-Commerce store.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic graduate/experienced person to join our talented team. You'll play a key role in keeping our most important customers happy and helping to take Blacktie Ecom to the next level.
The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:
Introduce Blacktie Ecom and its benefits to potential leads in India
Connect with new & existing clients, enroll us as their partners for their product sourcing needs, and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain healthy business relations with major accounts, corporates, enterprise clients, and SME clients
Responsible for achieving profitability and sales growth by generating maximum leads.
Communicating great deals and offers with Clients on a regular basis
Proactively resolve queries/ complaints of corporate customers
Minimum 4 years experience in Sales & Customer Handling
Experience in customer service/business development is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Owns a laptop
Comfortable working 6 days a week
Willingness to travel within the city
Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure
