The Role

WeLoveNocode helps founders create awesome products without code. Nocode is perhaps the fastest growing industry in the world right now.

We've recently raised a Seed round from the Snapchat Product Directors, and as a business, we are growing at a rapid pace. We are an awesome remote based team, working together to build a brilliant company!

We are in search for an amazing Head of sales to help us establish and drive success across our vibrant driven sales team. You will play an instrumental role in fueling WLNC growth to reach $1M MRR through new customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:

  • We have our funnels lined up, scripts written and CRM configured (Hubspot), so the first thing you will need is to build outbound Sales process and improve Sales Metrics;
  • Lead a team of high-performing sales reps, helping them to develop their skills and deliver on their ambitious targets, as well as roll your sleeves up to work directly with customers;
  • Help develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics;
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect real-world feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product;
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape WLNC products and solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Generate and test hypotheses to increase conversions;
  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record of building a successful Outbound Sales department (>$1m monthly revenue);
  • B2B sales;
  • Experience selling SaaS/IT solutions
  • Experience working in Hubspot CRM and outbound sales tools
  • Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders;
  • Demonstrated passion for startups and new technology businesses;
  • Someone who loves to coach, train, and develop talent;
