Telesales Executive (Mandarin & English)

Atomatic is looking for a sales-driven and self-motivated Bilingual Telesales Executive who can speak MANDARIN and ENGLISH. The ideal candidate is expected to close deals with individuals and businesses for various insurance packages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the Client grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
• Ability to understand and address customers’ enquiries promptly with accurate information and suitable solutions
• Follow up on quotation timely and professionally
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Build and maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Going the extra mile to engage customers
• Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily
• Always strive to achieve or exceed sales goals and facilitate future sales
• Handle any other ad hoc duties

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in English language both speaking and writing
• Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Ability to adapt and acquire new skills and multiple product knowledge
• Good communication skills, as well as the capability to negotiate and deal with potentially stressful situations in a calm and reasonable manner.
• Meticulous and able to multitask
• Strong personal accountability and integrity
• Possess good computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Have strong and stable internet connections
• Effective team player
