UX Web Designer for Ecommerce Brand

Hey Rockstar!

We are a super fast growing e-commerce brand in the sleep space and we are outgrowing our current design.

We are looking for someone that can join our team part to full time and improve our website experience PROACTIVELY in the following ways:

• Design new landing pages and product pages
• Analyze screen recordings and heatmaps to see what our customers are struggling with
• Identify areas of the funnel to improve
• Design, develop, and implement A/B split tests to prove your theories using Google Optimize
• Create surveys to understand consumer behaviour
• Implement theme changes
• Work on merchandising (does adding a bundle for these products perform better?)

We have a developer that can handle any frontend coding if needed.

The most important thing is that we are not just handing you tasks and you following orders. We want someone who is part of the team and OWNS the process of improving the customer experience.

This also means reading customer reviews and support tickets and having a good sense for copywriting. Did we fail to mention something on the product page that was very important? Can we make it more clear?

Your first task will be to completely redesign our product pages and home page layouts and experience based on this feedback.

You must have at least 3 years experience working on ecommerce stores.
