The Role

Entitled is hiring a Growth Manager to work closely with founders for new client/partner acquisition. The role requires identifying prospects, managing the funnel and onboarding new partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the sales pitch for different industry segments
  • Work with the founders to build the sales strategy and processes
  • Develop a database of qualified leads and manage the funnel
  • Make suitable proposals, and work towards partner onboarding
  • Achieve business goals and targets
  • Develop communication channels and manage partner relationships for long-term success
  • Generate market insights and share the same to the broader team
  • Identify ways to spread market knowledge about the offerings for organic growth

Requirements:

  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in growth/business development/sales function
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience in B2B sales is a must, experience in fintech or HRTech SAAS would be an added benefit
  • Should be a self-starter with a great field work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and consultative skills
