DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join Infront X team in creating innovative solutions for the world’s leading sports, media and entertainment companies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in creating custom solutions that aren’t based on existing templates and passionate about researching them. Our DevOps engineers work on highload projects with teams all over the world with many opportunities to continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Plan cloud infrastructure together with Solution Architect and Development teams
• Implement and document cloud infrastructure: computing, routing, storage, data feeds and API integrations
• Maintain cloud infrastructure - resolve production incidents, assess and implement change requests
• Setup CI/CDI tools and processes for your projects in close collaboration with Dev teams
• Actively participate in the knowledge sharing process - learn details of the projects that your teammates are working on, share knowledge on the projects you’re leading
• Be a DevOps practices evangelist and work together with your teammates on building support and adoption of such practices throughout the organization
• Continuously learn and grow your technical skills and promote best industry practices in the organization

Requirements:

• 4+ years of working experience in Linux/Unix administration (CentOS / Redhat / Ubuntu)
• Amazon AWS: EC2, RDS, Route53, Load Balancers, API gateways, Lambda, CloudFormation.
• CI/CD/pipeline tools
• Good knowledge of Bourne shell scripting
• Solid knowledge of network routing, HTTP, DNS
• Nginx configuration (SSL, redirects, auth, etc)
• Cloud automation and configuration management: Terraform, Chef or Ansible
• CDN knowledge (Fastly, CloudFront)
• Experience working with Node.js
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English

Nice to Know:

• Experience with Azure or GCP would be a plus.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools: New Relic, DataDog, SumoLogic.
• Android and iOs app builds(CI)
• Atlassian stack: Bamboo, Jira, BitBucket, Confluence
• Containers: Kubernetes, Amazon EKS/ECS
• Python/Ruby
• Tomcat, Spring and Java app server configurations
• Varnish scripting
• Experience with MongoDB**
