Project Manager

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have

• At least 5+ years of IT experience which includes 1+ years in Agile Project Management.
• Strong understand of Agile Methodology, preferably hands on experience with JIRA
• Working experience in Web Application Development is a plus.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcome.
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers.
• Enable brainstorming sessions with team to gather innovative approaches to solving problems.
• Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organised.
• Should have worked and managed delivery for one customer team directly (interaction experience with customers is a MUST).
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• High in energy, positive attitude.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and in a challenging environment.
