In 2020, Element5 raised $2.5 million in seed funding and operates with offices in San Jose, California, and Chennai, India.

Element5 is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing support for overall delivery and execution of projects. You will be required to manage complex program goals for product performance, quality goals, regulatory compliance requirements, cost, schedule and development budget.

What your role will look like

• Develop & effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Prepare standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating leadership dashboards, job aids and other materials as required to support leadership decisions
• Create and manage project plans and develop business cases in aid of strategic projects
• Define, track, and report on the execution of the project deliverables in close collaboration with the development team
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation & resolution plans with data-driven insights
• Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress
• Lead creation of cross functional work streams and drive execution for sales enablement, development and deployment.

What we ask to bring with you

• Ability to manage the delivery using Agile methodology
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of product/project handling all stakeholders (customer, onsite coordinators, offshore team)
• A disruptive attitude towards technology innovation with ownership and accountability to drive result-based execution
• Enhanced curiosity. Always be thinking about newer ways to solve old problems and ways to adapt to the changing times
• Ability to play a techno-functional role and experience with, or knowledge of, Agile Delivery Methodology (Scrum and XP)
• Experience helping teams explore, adapt and optimize Agile-Lean processes, principles, and practices
• The ability to over communicate (along with excellent articulation skills)
• 3+ years of experience in managing software delivery projects
• 8+ years of overall experience
