Have you worked in the Insurance & Financial Services industry or are interested in getting your foot in the door of this industry?
If so, join our team at Mirnana. We are looking for candidate to join our team based in Washington on a permanent basis. No experience necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful.
Both Part-Time and Full-Time roles are available.
Only requirements are:
- You have valid work authorization
- You are fluent with English
- You are able to work Monday to Friday for a minimum of 4 hours per day
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Help your customers by completing administrative tasks.
- Processing payments for customers when required.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers (no sales calls – only service calls)
- Establish customer relationships over the phone and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Maintain quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment and on all customer interactions.

- Handle multiple computer applications while helping customers on the phone

Desirable but not required:
- Candidates who have multi-lingual skills – speaking, reading and writing proficiency in languages in addition to English.
- Prior experience in Salesforce
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Prior experience or a good understand of the Insurance industry
