Full stack developer

Alba Corp is currently recruiting a Full Stack Developer (AngularJS, Node and Flutter/Dart) to join our growing team at our head office in Al Barsha, Dubai.

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the full life cycle of a web application. This includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for architecting and building web applications using JavaScript (Node.js), AngularJS, Flutter/Dart, and other technologies on the frontend and backend.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement new features and enhancements to the product;
-Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the customer success team;
-Document and escalate customer issues to JIRA;
-Communicate with engineering team members on a regular basis in order to understand and prioritize their tasks for upcoming sprints;
-Have knowledge of AGILE project management methodologies;
-Communicate with other remote developers on a regular basis in order to understand their progress on their tasks for upcoming sprints;
-Communicate with product manager about progress on tasks for upcoming sprints;
-Have good API integration skills;
-Perform code reviews of code written by team members and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of their work
-Develop new features and enhancements to existing features in an iterative manner with a focus on quality and scalability
-Troubleshoot issues with existing features and provide fixes in a timely fashion
-Participate in planning sessions with designers, product managers, and engineers to identify new features that will drive the business forward
-Perform unit tests for all new features added to the project - Participate in code review sessions with team members - Provide input into the design of new features by providing feedback on user

Role details:
-Work week: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week). From 10am to 7pm.
-3+ Years experience in a similar role
