About the Role: We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work closely with the CHAIRMAN to help us scale into the growth phase. The EA will be a force multiplier to the CHAIRMAN and will work with them on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination. This is a diversified role requiring ownership of key functions in human resources & strategy. The role will have the ability to directly impact and improve decisions and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system Required Skills:
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills both English & Kannada(written/verbal)
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MBA can be preferred
