E9 is a fast-growing firm situated in the United Kingdom and India. We're seeking for a "Customer Service Representative" to support our clients in the United Kingdom. The position requires someone who enjoys talking, is fluent in English, and can confidently hold a conversation over the phone. It will be advantageous if you have prior expertise answering the phone.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner, to UK based customers.
• Build Positive Relationship with customers.
• Provide Accurate, Valid, and Complete information by using the right resources with in the company.
• Handle Customer Complaints.
• Provide solutions for basic problems, work within time limits provided, and take ownership of issues.
• Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements

Skills Required

• High school diploma with Graduation Degree
• Customer Support Experience ( Minimum 6 months, looking for Freshers {in their 20's-21's} whom we can train to be a part of our team)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong telephone etiquettes to satisfy various customer situations
• Customer focused with ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
  
• Friendly/professional and Ambitious person
• Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise, time management
