CTO for Fintech Startup

Aym is looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer with entrepreneurial experience and expertise in cloud Architecture / Mobile App development.

Our MVP is in development and we are currently testing user feedback. Your first job will be to help us iterate the app as needed until we reach product market fit. We intend to raise a seed round at this point.

Over time, you will build the technical architecture, and design, develop and test all technical aspects of our mobile app. You will also be responsible for making decisions related to technical frameworks, infrastructure, and roadmap.

You will be a core member of the Product Development team and work closely with the CEO. You will have input into the vision and direction of the company.

(financial salary will be applied once we raise seed round, before will be lower salary if needed)

What is Aym?

Aym's core mission is to commodify airline miles, allowing users to easily track and redeem them on our exchange. By aggregating airline miles into a central travel wallet, we look to gamify the process of earning miles.

Aym's current network consists of young professionals and enables them to network with each other in a like-minded community.

We recently secured a pre seed investment, and are currently experiencing a lot of growth and positive user feedback. We are in a critical phase where we are looking to expand and develop technology that gets us to product market fit. Now is the time to jump into an exciting startup with enormous growth potential.
We are looking for Technical leadership in a CTO!

You Are: A skilled developer with strong expertise in programming, software architecture design, cloud-based infrastructure configuration, and so on. Can do a lot of coding yourself and check the code written by other developers on the team.

You as the CTO will be the lead developer on the team, and you'll be managing one other front end developer. We have a seasoned technical advisor with experience at Wells Fargo, IBM, etc.

This role requires strong programming skills, relevant experience, and the ability to stick to an agile software development workflow. This is a fast moving environment.
