Lead Java Developer

ITFS is a dynamically developing company that provides services in the field of outsourcing IT specialists and the implementation of comprehensive IT projects. We cover the Tri-City, Wrocław, and Warsaw, we also develop our activities on European markets, incl. in Switzerland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Currently, we are looking for Lead Java Developer:

• Location: 100% remote (possibility of hybrid work, office in Warsaw);
• Start: according to the availability;
• Contract: B2B with ITFS;
• Rate: 28 -38 Euro net/h + VAT (depending on fit and skills);

Tasks:

• Designing mass order processing application for the retail industry;
• Agreeing and reviewing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Estimation of labor intensity and lead time;
• Designing the internal architecture of the application;Identifying dependencies including integration and designing integrations;
• Technical management of the development team, including code review;
• Supporting integration and acceptance testing, identifying and managing distribution of issues;
• Supporting performance testing;
• Supporting the launch of the production solution and stabilization.

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer;
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL;
• Experience in managing a technical team;
• Very good knowledge of English, at least B2 level.
