Big Data Engineer

ITFS is a dynamically developing company that provides services in the field of outsourcing IT specialists and the implementation of comprehensive IT projects. We cover the Tri-City, Wrocław, and Warsaw, we also develop our activities on European markets, incl. in Switzerland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Currently, we are looking for Big Data Engineer:

• Location: 100% remote;
• Start: ASAP (max. 3 month notice period);
• Contract: B2B with ITFS;
• Rate: 220 -265 Euro net/MD + VAT (depending on experience);

About project: In early stage; migrating data warehouse to Google Cloud Platform Big Query and building and developing Data Hub / Data Lake solutions based on Hadoop, Hive technology for large telecommunication operator.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Big Data area;
• Knowledge of SQL language;
• Knowledge of ETL tools ;
• Nice knowledge of Python language;
• Very good knowledge of English - international environment ;
• Knowledge of Ab Initio, Informatica will be an added advantage;

Tasks:

• Participation in data migration to Big Query Google Cloud Platform;
• Cooperation with Big Data team.
