About TravStack:
TravStack is a TravelTech SaaS platform for travel businesses. We are on a mission to impact 1 million travel professionals and transform them into Ubercool Trip Designers. Our product suite includes smart Itinerary builder, Online travel store & Travel CRM with analytics.
TravStack is a Singapore based startup backed by Travel veterans, Singapore Tourism Board, Forbes under 30 entrepreneurs and advisors from Google, FICCI & Netflix. We are a bunch of Travel buffs and geeks from IIT’s and other premiere institutes of India and Singapore.
We're looking for passionate people who can help us realize it and grow immensely along with the company as we get into the hyper-growth phase.
We're looking for Business/Sales development folks who are highly energetic, proactive, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
Objectives of this Role:
- A passion for talking to people, curiosity for understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business.
- Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills
- Consultative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Navigate a high volume of signups, identify worthy prospects, and proactively reach out to them.
- Set up appointments/web demonstrations with the appropriate onboarding/support team members to understand customer use cases, set up their account accordingly
- Be responsible for new customer acquisition with exceptional first experience
- Ability to learn and collaborate with a team remotely
- Handover of prospects’ pain points/business case to the customer support team with rich context
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as an outbound SDR, BDR in SaaS/travel space.
- Understanding of tourism industry structure.
- Proactive and task oriented
- Adaptive in new technologies and working knowledge of CMS & CRM systems
- Ability and experience in handling high volume inbound leads over email and calls
- Outbound experience of account planning/prioritization, researching, and outbound prospecting an added bonus
- Have a high sense of work ethic, integrity and adaptable mindset to deal with the dynamics of startup life
- Ability to translate client pain points into a possible product solution
- Exceptional communication skills both written and spoken
- Willing to learn new technology, ability to understand user personas their pain points.
