Vet Care Specialist

As a Vet Specialist, you will be our in-house vet medical expert for any matters and enquiries relating to vet medical care. You will primarily be responsible for building and growing the Oyen vet community that will contribute to the growth of our business. .

Our key stakeholders are the pet owners and vet clinics. With our pet parent customers, you are responsible to engage with them to provide tele-veterinary consultation through our in-house Oyen application and solution.

Separately, vet clinics are our advocaters and service providers to our customers. You are required to conduct routine info sessions with them, and recruit them to be on our Vet Network. Your goal will be to reach out to these vets, build rapport and educate them about our products and claims process.
