We are looking for a Project Planner for one of our clients. Below mentioned are the details

Designation: Project Planner
Job Type : Full Time
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Only Locals should Apply)
Domain : Telecommunications
Start Date: Immediate to 30 days (People with more notice period pls do not apply)

Roles

• Project Planner is data-driven to create insights and trends to support the Customer Project Manager effectively and efficiently manage their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope.

• Project Planner to support the Customer Project Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) with specialize knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring.

• The Project Planner should be the project organization top authority on Ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes.

• In addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the Customer Project Manager and project teams.

Job Responsibility

• Review project planning inputs.
• Build site-by-site project milestone templates
• Manage and keep track of business operational controls.
• Monitor, maintain and improve delivery performance of project team
• Create, update, merge and manage various time-plans within a program
• Manage change coordination with Ericsson project teams and Client
• Prepare weekly or periodic project report for internal/external governance
• Write, distribute and follow-up on certain meeting minutes as required
• Make use of key tools Erisite, DPM, Analytics tools such as Tableau
• Support Project/Program Workflow Management
• Monitor and control project progress update in key tools
• Plan work and interact with a wide range of stakeholders daily
• Perform resource management, onboarding & off boarding
• Documentation of project related document and process
• Document config-management
• Handling of Project follow-up

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ experience in project support and project planning
• Understanding of project management to include a history of delivery experience supporting project management or delivering projects directly
• Ability to work on multiple priorities at a time adhering to tight deadlines
• Intermediate or advance knowledge and abilities with: Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power-point.
• Proficiency with the English Language

• Reporting Skills
