Senior Developer Team Lead - Full Stack

FLYDESK is an application software for remote team & shared office space management. We help companies create a hybrid work environment with an effective mix of office & remote work. After the pandemic, most companies will shift towards hybrid work.

FLYDESK’s tech platform reduces office costs by 30% on average and enhances remote teams’ productivity & transparency on working habits. Like no other provider, FLYDESK provides a solution for both flex teams & flex offices from a single App.

FLYDESK is looking for a full-stack senior developer based in Ukraine or Spain (Madrid preferably) to support the product development of the FLYDESK Web & App platform. This role will also require recruiting and managing our team of future developers recruited located in the same city ideally. At first, 2 developer roles will be added to that tea: 1 Front-end developer & 1 Back-end developer.

What you will oversee

Software development of the web, and app development
Team of junior developers under your supervision
Delivering new features and bug fixes to our platform
Participating in discussions with the Tech leads about architecture designs and decisions

What we want to see in you

Must-have:

At least 5 years of comprehensive full-stack experience (Express, TS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React Native, React)
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degrees
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow developers
Comprehend clean code and adhere to coding styles
Speaks fluent English
Ability to react to bug fixes quickly
Interest in startup, digital and tech
Not afraid to be part of a brand-new start-up working environment with a small team
