Roles & Responsibilities:
● Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum
● Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention
● Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development
● Setup processes and systems for customer support
● Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Requirements:
● Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships
● 3+ years experience in setting up customer success systems and processes
● Analytical, ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problem systematically
● Active listener
