What will you do?

The Sales Manager plays a key role working as part of our Sales team to grow pipeline and sales by originating, identifying, managing and closing of sales opportunities across a range of meShare SaaS services offerings, including platform, cloud development, integration and value-added services.

The Sales Manager develops the opportunity sales process through to client delivery. The right individual will possess the ability to speak to a business audience & clearly articulate meShare’s value proposition and solutions offerings in client/new business scenarios and is comfortable driving deeper solution conversations, designs and integrations during project delivery.

As the Sales Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Marketing team to originate and develop Sales opportunities
  • Take the qualified opportunities through the sales process and help successfully close the sale
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain key relationships effectively
  • Expand our work in new areas of the client’s business through new meShare offerings and services through approved contracting channels
  • Follow up with meShare platform sales for integration and add-on services implementation across existing and new clients in the U.S.
  • Expand existing relationships to identify new services
  • Partner with Product Managers to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Leverage industry expertise to influence client in resourcing strategies
  • Work with Finance team closely to forecast new client acquisition activities and revenue

Ideally, you will have:

  • BA/BS in business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales in the Technology industry, selling SaaS or Technical Solutions into SMB and/or Enterprise is a plus
  • Familiarity of SaaS and IoT platforms
  • Familiarity with platform integration development processes
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals preferably in SaaS space
  • Strong in teamwork and team development
  • Ability to quickly learn the technical feature solutions and articulate benefits to our customers
