*What will you do? *
The Account Executive plays a key role working as part of our Sales team to grow pipeline and sales by originating, identifying, managing and closing of sales opportunities across a range of meShare SaaS services offerings, including platform, cloud development, integration and value-added services.
The Account Executive support the development of the sales process through to client delivery. The right individual will possess the ability to speak to a business audience & clearly articulate meShare’s value proposition and solutions offerings in client/new business scenarios and is comfortable driving deeper solution conversations, designs and integrations during project delivery.
To be successful as an Account Executive, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.
Account Executive Responsibilities
- Reaching out to leads and make initial contact with potential business clients
- Providing product demonstrations to clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
- Analyzing sales performance and presenting findings
- Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
- Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
- Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
- Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
- Ability to remain professional.
