We are now expanding our team in United States and are keen to appoint an exceptional “Customer Support Tier 2 (unix)”. for a customer focused and technically savvy engineer to be part of our technical customer support team to provide phone support to our growing customer base. The ideal candidate will bring a technical background, customer interaction, good communication skills and outside the box thinking to this fast paced and rapidly growing organization.
Location – NJ, US
2-4 Years(NJ only upto virginia)
4-8 Years (Remote( EST & CST location only)
Position Responsibilities include:
We are looking for Unix OS support with oracle as a database.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical, and sensitive support issues.
Handle customer issues over the telephone daily.
Provide customer feedback on their issues as they progress.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and swift resolution.
Recreate problems in-house and provide evidence where bug fixes are required Position Requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical/Computer Science degree is preferred but not necessary).
2-8 years of Unix/Linux and Database experience.
Linux and Oracle experience must be strong.
Additional database experience includes DB2, Informix, Sybase, My SQL, Hana.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
