We are the top agency in Canada for Facebook and growing, led by ex-Shopify’s Growth Hacker, Demetrius Michael. We operate globally with our office in Toronto, Ontario.

Last year, our work was seen roughly 2 billion times, which is nearly 200 times more views than the Mona Lisa gets visitors. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience with deep knowledge of turning a growing company into a powerhouse.

This role is about casting a strong vision and uniting and growing our team around it. As the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the entire company. Working closely with our owner and leadership team, you will grow Company to eight figures, and beyond.

• Analyze and develop long-term growth and strategy initiatives, building a road map to our future successes
• Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, sales, and marketing strategies and tie it all together
• Provide expert financial guidance with cash flow projections and profit and loss statements and turning data into key insights to foster future growth.
• Craft a 1–3 year strategic plan, and share it with our team
• Hire an executive team where needed and scale the overall team
• Provide strategic input and leadership on key issues, specifically potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships. We can move in any direction, but you know which direction is best.
