The Role

Caravan is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing to scale customer acquisition across multiple brands within our growing portfolio. You will lead the execution of paid media campaigns across a diverse group of channels including search, social, display, affiliate, and more. From product launches to scaling existing brands across multiple verticals, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for Caravan.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and manage acquisition marketing strategies that build a foundation for long-term growth and optimize for maximizing blended ROAS
Own acquisition marketing across Facebook/Instagram, Google, Apple, programmatic, and emerging channels for app and web-based products.
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on asset development for performance campaigns
Work closely with CRM and Product teams to coordinate segmentation strategy and product optimization to improve CRO
Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
Coordinate with partners, agencies and freelancers as necessary to deliver successful campaign performance
Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementality

Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of at least one of the following: SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, or affiliate marketing.
Experience with mobile UA, in particular on Facebook/Instagram, a huge plus.
Experience working with subscription business models and optimizing for LTV/ROAS. A solid understanding of tradeoffs between growth and retention.
Experience in both app and eCommerce marketing a plus.
Experience across a wide range of verticals, including health/fitness, CPG, and gaming a plus.
Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights to a variety of audiences
Working knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, adjust, etc. a big plus
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
