Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist who is passionate about gaming and understands the influencer landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that promote our gaming products and services. You will work closely with content creators, streamers, and gaming influencers to establish meaningful partnerships and drive brand awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Product Led Growth: Own metrics related to product awareness, discovery and friction. Deeply understand what users want and build feedback loops between users and internal team. You need to understand what product features are necessary for users and keep them coming back.

• Identify and Research Influencers: Identify potential gaming influencers and content creators whose audiences align with our products and brand. (Majorly in the US Markets)

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with influencers and content creators to collaborate effectively on marketing campaigns.

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote our gaming products and services, including product launches, events, and promotions.

• Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audiences while aligning with our brand.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers, ensuring that campaign objectives and expectations are clearly defined.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize the impact of influencer marketing initiatives.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and provide regular reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product growth and influencer marketing led growth roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity within the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, user behavior, and the competitive gaming landscape.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in the gaming space.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Maths or Engineering and prior experience as influencer marketer.
• Previous experience working in the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in gaming.
• The Candidate must be a hardcore gamer.
