The role
In a business dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, understanding the impact and implications of change is so important. Bringing full stack BI experience, you will focus on how we report on KPIs, consolidate data and simplify information to support genuinely agile, fast-paced decision-making. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to settle into a routine. We’re looking for a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. As we grow, you’ll need to use your full skill set to problem-solve, find new ways of working and think differently about how data can drive our business.

The person
Experience of PowerBI is essential, ideally with knowledge of PowerApps and exposure to data warehousing concepts, data modelling techniques and data visualisation. You must have demonstrable experience of versatility within a BI team, an ability to spot data that doesn't 'look right', fulfilling different technical roles and working towards the end goal of presenting data to senior stakeholders in a compelling, meaningful and commercially-focused way. Equally, you need the mindset as well as the skill set. Curious, tenacious and imaginative, you’ll enjoy a culture where ideas are shared openly and different possibilities can be explored....
