About the Role

Due to a continued period of business growth Gamma currently has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Engineering (BPE) function working as part of our Development directorate.

The fundamental responsibility of the BPE function is to analyse and optimise Gamma’s business processes, portals and other interfaces.

You’ll identify new technology opportunities in workflow and deliver change and improvement in line with an overall digital strategy and the planned development of products and services.

Our team of highly experience Business Analysts operate with clear centres of excellence within the BPE team across Systems Integration, Business Process reengineering and User Experience focused design.

This role is the key in the implementation of a digital strategy, reducing customer effort and in turn our support costs across the organisation.

About You

You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, alongside a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
You will thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard without micro management.
You’ll have previous experience of customer journey mapping and user experience research
You’ll have a strong eye for detail, taking pride in tasks being completed both efficiently and effectively.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease.
You’ll have the ability to drive performance change via presentation of business insight and stakeholder engagement
