About The Position

As a Hazlnut SaaS Sales Professional, you will have an opportunity to be a key contributor; bringing your intense work ethic and desire to make an immediate impact. You will gain valuable skills and have the chance to showcase your acquired knowledge. You will engage directly with small business owners to educate them on our value proposition using consultative sales techniques to market Hazlnut products and services.

All the while, you will be working with team members to develop a sales methodology that allows you to find leads, create awareness with your prospects, and demonstrate that you are a thought leader in the restaurant technology space. You will have the satisfaction of helping restaurateurs improve their business by using the Hazlnut Online Ordering and Mobile App platform.

This position is located at the Hazlnut Corporate Offices in Jacksonville, FL and requires the right combination of grit, curiosity and drive to help small business owners with their daily challenges.

At Hazlnut, you’ll…

· Progress through Hazlnut Onboarding

· Dive right in and quickly start developing an understanding of our target customer profile and qualifying criteria for opportunities

· Learn how to utilize a wide range of sales and marketing tools (HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.) and incorporate into the Hazlnut sales process

· Start hopping on the phones and driving high volume, consultative discovery conversations with prospective clients to identify if they’re a potential fit for Hazlnut

· Develop pipeline and strategy to saturate markets

· Develop goals and objectives to hit your activity/sales goals

· Understand the importance of OKR’s and sales reports to evaluate your pipeline

· Develop thorough knowledge of the Hazlnut platform and become a trusted consultant to prospective restaurants

· Lead client pursuits to achieve sales quotas while maximizing profitability and account penetration within an assigned vertical, including leading the development and presentation of the Hazlnut value proposition

· Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sale as required

· Identify, qualify and manage leads through market research and collaboration with internal lead generation

· Utilize HubSpot to build, manage and grow a healthy pipeline

· Strong business acumen to understand customer's business drivers and adapt the Hazlnut value proposition for each prospect

· Manage the end-to-end sales process for each targeted prospect, collaborate internally to assess prospects' needs and define the optimal solution

· Must be able to quickly learn and understand Hazlnut’s product offerings and competitive landscape to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of Hazlnut platform

· Develop tailored proposals that educate clients on the Hazlnut Platform's superiority over competing offerings
