Senior Software Engineer

We are a fresh fast-growing software startup. We have the traction, the funds, the experience and the ambition to build a truly boring (but super useful) marketing tool and a great company. And we’re looking for an outstanding Senior (Full Stack) Software Engineer to join our team.

*What you’ll be working on:
*

• Design, build and scale back-end systems
• Write high quality code in order to continuously ship value to customers
• Build long-running worker processes without memory-leaks
• Project leadership and technical mentorship for other engineers
• Write automated tests to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with other engineers to set the technical direction and plan technical debt reduction

*We’re looking for someone who:
*

• Has 5+ years of experience in building web-based software
• Is familiar with Agile software development methodologies
• Is willing to give and receive feedback
• Can communicate well in English
• Appreciates the (sometimes messy) collaborative and fast-paced startup work environment
• Has experience with (or is willing to learn):
• Event-driven microservices
• Clean architecture
• NoSQL and key-value stores for data storage (MongoDB, Redis)
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Graylog, Grafana, Sentry and similar
• Knowledge and experience of mitigating security threats
