Project Manager - Supply Chain

Primary Responsibilities:
 Take ownership of existing tools (Slot Cap tool, Supplier Health Matrix, global shortage report,FRU STO report)
 Continue driving development and maintenance of existing tools
 Manage ongoing workflow-type process for OB-PR 8D program
 Understand S&OP measures and driving business improvement through appropriate Kaizen/lean tools along with IBP business planning.
 Define business case along with project roadmap, impact, risk plan and success metrics.
 Manage assigned projects/ willing to identify projects from beginning to completion on time
within reasonable budget & resources.
 Develops user friendly tools to reduce waste in identified process along with Analytical support.
 Overseas cross functional teams and skills to groom as a SME in the establishment, project
planning and implementation.
 Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project challenges
 Influence organizational change initiatives.
 Need to juggle multiple calendars, projects with milestones and carry out responsibilities accurately with expected efficiency.

Mandatory Skills and Requirement:

 Attention to detailed, accuracy with numbers, and an ability to pull data from multiple sources
into one source document.
 Knowing Sigma tools & IBP expertise.
 Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
 Independent thinker and problem solver.
 Experience in working with Cross functional team projects.

Desirable Skills and Requirement:
 PMP certified is preferred
 Six sigma black belt is added advantage.
 Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
 Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and follow up skills and can work at a fast pace
