The Role

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager who will be responsible for managing and refining the brand mission of various global digital products under the Lexagle group of companies including Lexagle’s flagship contract management platform for large enterprises. You will also be responsible also for managing and executing marketing and communications for the Lexagle group on an ongoing basis. Experience with B2B marketing and social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM will be an advantage.

Specific Responsibilities:

Craft the Lexagle brand’s strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, annual planning, promotion, positioning, pricing, and market research.
Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection.
Crafting up content to be posted as needed on social media such as LinkedIn, in accordance with brand image
Develop, plan, execute and manage all strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and communications across all digital channels to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology B2B branding / digital marketing role
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
