Job Title: Growth Hacker VA (Lead Generation)
Work from Home/Remote | Long-term Opportunity
FULL-TIME (40hrs./week)
Package Rate: $800 - $1,000/mo. (can increase based on performance)
MUST: Can work during US BUSINESS HOURS (PST/EST)
Job Description: Managing all growth hacking activities.
Objective: The objective of the growth hacker VA is to enhance the growth of company leads by using the latest growth hacking and lead generation techniques, in order to increase brand visibility, attract more potential customers, and improve conversion rates, achieving a significant impact on the business.
Scope of work:
- Generate a list of leads through the analysis and scraping of databases of professional networks such as: Indeed, AngelList, Fiverr, Upwork, 99designs, Linkedin, Reddit, and discover new databases
- Reviewing, cleaning, building out, and researching new leads to provide a steady flow of ready-to-work qualified accounts.
- Running all auto-messaging sequences for cold outreach.
- Building and refining email lists for targeted outreach.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn account and maintain outreach communication.
Skills Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
- Growth hacking tools like Lemlist, PhantomBuster, MXtoolBox, GMass, Mailshake, Linkedin SalesNav and the like.
- Knowledge of Outbound Marketing
- Database scraping tools / strategies
- Maintain and understand list building
- Mid to advanced knowledge of RRSS like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- CRM tools like Notion, Hubspot and the like.
