Tech Lead

We are currently looking for our blazing Tech Lead to help us develop our product.

We are interested in a talented individual with a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility (we are quite flexible so we need highly responsible individuals) that will lead the technology development of the product as a whole: from programming to promoting new fresh ideas along the way (Creativity is a must)

¿What do we need from you?

• Design, develop, test and deploy our infrastructure. Our team is end to end and owns the full stack.
• Refine our technology stack (having criteria is a must)
• Code (Of course!)
• Collaborate side by side with product and operations.
• Maintain and create the procedures for keeping our code clean and neat.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence from the team.
• Help to create the development team building up from the bottom up choosing the talent and developers needed for a project like this

¿What should be the ideal profile?

• We need you to be creative, brave, a fast learner and proactive: we are doing new things that require innovative solutions!
• From 4 to 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience designing systems in the cloud (preferably GCE)
• Have already developed, tested and deployed several products, from coding through testing to full production
• Demonstrable experience building APIs, specially GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Node JS and/or Python
• Working experience in software and full stack mobile and web apps development is desirable
• Frontend experience is desirable
