Social Media Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with a third party agency & the ops / Farmer Success team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Using Various social media marketing tools
• Execute on the Whatsapp Campaigns & messaging based on Farmer lifecycle
• Tracking whatsapp & FB campaigns & success
• Execute based on our social media strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with OPS, Farmer Success and Product Development teams
• Provide constructive feedback

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience of Whatsapp , Facebook, campaigns
• Experience using the Gupshup platform a big plus
• Experience working with video platforms like Taka TAk , Mauj , Josh etc.
• Experience working with Rural India (BHARAT) personas
• Experience working in Non-english content (Telugu,Hindi, Marathi)
• Experience with Graphic designing tools , video editing tools
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
