The Role:

This mid-level position requires a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, and TikTok. These platforms represent first-tier advertising outlets for most businesses today and comprise the majority of our campaigns. Comfortable managing up to seven figures in monthly advertising budget across a range of clients is a must. Of course, you’ll be supported by an awesome, veteran team of media buyers. The perfect candidate combines creativity to develop fresh, effective advertising campaign strategies with analytical skills to read data and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and ad campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a meticulous and methodical thinker to work across our entire client portfolio. You have experience in managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Additional experience with NextDoor, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube is a plus. A focus on optimizing for channel-specific CPA and overall MER is essential. Your creative and dedicated marketing mindsets you apart and enables you to take ads from conception to implementation and scale budgets across platforms. Our ideal candidate is great at collaborating, can work on multiple projects on parallel timelines, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with our executive team to develop media strategies for both existing and prospective clients
  • Manage between up to 4-6 paid media accounts with aggregate monthly spends ranging from $30,000 - $1,000,000
  • Implement campaigns across Facebook + Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok with direction from the executive team
  • Work with our creative team to optimize and test new ad creative, landing pages, and new campaign ideas
  • Optimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to target ROI and performance goals
  • Provide reports and updates as needed per client requirements
  • Monitor buying strategies and keep abreast of industry trends, including researching new product solutions to assist in our overall methodology and approach

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms; experience managing at least $100,000 in monthly spend (per account) previously.
  • Experience in testing and optimizing ad creative and retargeting campaigns
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, experienced with true multivariate testing within advertising campaigns
  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and more
  • Proven track record of retaining paid media accounts and success in growing and scaling campaign budgets in current/previous efforts.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on digital media accounts and campaign trends in current or previous role
  • Demonstrated understanding of the impact of iOS 14.5, Aggregated Event Management, CAPI setups, and more
  • Strong communication, oral and written skills, necessary to present data and reports clearly to internal teams and present effectively to clients
  • High attention to detail, given the complicated nature of ad platforms, measurement tracking, and reporting setup
  • Adaptable to shifting timelines, changing scopes of work, and occasional high-pressure situations over the lifetime of client campaigns and annual sales seasons
  • Self-motivated to learn quickly and without constant direction; able to find answers to common problems while working independently
  • Extremely organized, systematic, and able to identify, prioritize and address issues
  • Punctual, can meet deadlines in a timely manner
