*Job Description *
This position is the key role to represent Thailand users needs accurately and fairly to create the best possible value for Shoplus by teaming up with local Thailand PM / marketers and HQ developers, designers to deliver Shoplus applications across the iOS, Android, chatbot, and web platforms, based on users' feedback and data.
Responsibility:

Use customer insight to ensure that they deeply understand our customers’ problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and create a clear brief.Strategy
Responsible for shaping product area strategy with close support from a manager.Execution
Ship the whole customer experience.
Develop the product requirements documents, schedules and supporting materials in partnership with design, content, technology, social, marketing and 3rd party vendor/partner teams.Driving Outcomes
Can demonstrate meaningful impact to customers and our business.
Establishes and drives a consistent shipping cadence.Leadership Behaviors
Communicates with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively. Ensures all involved are aware of the team strategy, initiatives and priorities.
Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, timelines, resources and vendor/partners management issues
Required Experience and Skills
3-5 years of product management experience
2 years+ of a multinational environment working experience
Fluent English communication (English interview will be required)
Ecommerce relevant industry experience is a plus.
Being able to communicate in Thai is a plus.
