Head of Marketing

Small businesses are the backbone of the Mexican economy and Bind ERP is helping them thrive, through the use of technology. We want to change the game for small businesses by offering them better tools and information that fuels their growth and competitiveness.

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, metrics-driven, analytical, and highly-motivated Marketing Manager to help build our brand and scale our customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong technical, analytical, and product background – with a hunger to make products grow.

Responsibilities

• Set the marketing and brand strategy - positioning, target segments, creative direction cross-company and channels.
• Take complex product concepts and bring them to life simply and beautifully through visual storytelling.
• Development and execution of all marketing campaigns (SEM, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Offline).
  
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns
  
• Identify trends and insights to devise new growth strategies.
  
• Recruit, inspire, and manage a world-class customer team.

Requirements

• Proven working experience developing creative, innovative marketing strategies, rebrands or leading the development of brands
• Managing marketing campaigns across channels (search, social, display,offline) including planning/budgeting, statistical analysis and optimization
  
• Defining KPIs and defining dashboards for tracking progress and driving visibility
  
• Excellent written communication skills
