About The Position
We are looking for a super star willing to join our company and help us achieve our dream of helping thousands of people to accede to higher education.

The main role and responsibilities for this position are to lead the marketing strategy of the company (growth hacking, marketing acquisition etc) as well as develop and teach specialized courses under exigence and excellence alignments. We are looking for a person who has a great expertise in Digital Marketing.

Our programs employ a revolutionary methodology based on interviews and classes taught directly by top entrepreneurs and C-Levels. We want our students to learn from the best. That is why we will need our Professors to frequently participate in dialogues and guided interviews with these TOP leaders from the different industries. Hence, communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST for this position.

Additionally, this professor will be the face of the universitny within their corresponding area. This means they will be in charge of promoting our programs and developing different agreements with PR and Media agencies.

Qualifications Needed ForThis Position

• Expertise in Digital Marketing
• Master’s degree (or extraordinary experience in the field)
• NATIVE SPANISH speaker
• Advanced English (though classes will be taught in Spanish)
• Management of cultural differences

Skills Needed For This Position

• Full time position (female prefered), with work experience in the field
• Ethical decision-making in a global context
• Extraordinary Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Good appearance
• Experience in front of the camara (desirable)
• Amazing energy and willingness to work and suceed
• Availability for travelling (30% time)
